Jennifer Oliva knows what it takes to own the spotlight. As the Founder and CEO of Jen Oliva Media, she’s on a mission to help entrepreneurs land national TV appearances that put their expertise, and their businesses, on center stage. With over 25 years as a network news producer for The TODAY Show, NBC News, Fox News, and more, Jennifer has a deep understanding of what media decision-makers are looking for. Now, she’s using that insider knowledge to help her clients secure high-impact coverage, averaging over 1 million views per month.

But for Jennifer, success isn’t just about media hits. It’s about creating a company where people feel valued, work smarter (not harder), and have the freedom to thrive. In this spotlight, she shares her journey from the newsroom to entrepreneurship, the biggest wins she’s secured for clients, and what being a Fireista means to her.
What’s your Zone of Genius?
Our superpower is getting our clients on national TV to promote themselves and their businesses. We average over 1 million views for clients each month. That is an incredible number of eyes on them and what they are selling and a better ROI than advertising any day!
What makes your business unique?
Because we are former network TV news producers we know what producers, writers and editors are looking for and how to harness the news to get our clients maximum exposure in the media and position them as the go-to experts in their field.
Share a story about your biggest milestone or proudest achievement so far.
We have had clients featured on NBC News, Fox News, USA Today and Wired and just this week we booked one on ABC News Live which has over 34 million unique views a month!
What's the number one thing you’re doing to help you create personal and financial freedom?
Building a company where everyone feels respected and valued. After being in the news business for 25 years where the grind was pervasive and burnout was even more so, I decided that life was too short and that I wanted to build a place where not only were we proud of what we were doing but where we felt valued and where we valued our personal freedom as well so we work smarter, not harder and take the time to reset when we need it and the results speak for themselves.
What does being a Fireista mean to you?
Being a Fireista means being part of an incredible community where women lift each other up and celebrate both the small and big wins. There is a camaraderie between the group and a sense of continued learning and growing that I love being a part of.
Do you have a personal motto or a quote you live by?
The most important thing you can be is a good person.
If you could grab coffee with any woman in history, who would it be and why?

What’s your go-to hype song when you need a confidence boost?
Happy by Pharrell Williams
