What’s your Zone of Genius?

I'm deeply passionate about helping people recognize their own worth.  I've found that many struggle to see the value in their experiences, and that can make it hard to understand their passions and what truly drives them.  I'm fortunate to have a knack for identifying patterns in people's lives and helping them connect the dots to discover what they're truly good at and what they love doing.  This passion is at the heart of everything I do, and it's why I'm building technology specifically designed to support people in this process of self-discovery, personal branding, and storytelling.  I've also been fortunate to have led several successful businesses and teams, and I believe a key part of that success has been fostering an environment where everyone feels connected to our mission and genuinely excited about the work we do.

Share a story about your biggest milestone or proudest achievement so far.

Launching LifeStream was a significant milestone, and seeing my eldest son use it in his college application portfolio so soon after launch was incredibly rewarding.  The subsequent recognition as the 2024 Digital Storage Solution of the Year by Corporate LiveWire has been a tremendous honor. What's the number one thing you’re doing to help you create personal and financial freedom? 

Trying to work smarter, not harder.

What does being a Fireista mean to you?

To me, a Fireista is all about celebrating everything that makes women amazing – their strength, how they bounce back from anything, and all the incredible things they do for the world.  It's like a cheer for women to go out there and live life to the fullest, chase their dreams, and be their true selves.  Basically, it's shouting out how much energy, spirit, and spark women have – they're truly vibrant!

What inspired you to become an entrepreneur?

Entrepreneurship is in my DNA.  Growing up, I witnessed my father build his own law firm from the ground up, experiencing firsthand both the challenges and triumphs of entrepreneurship.  Since graduating college, I've been immersed in the startup world, either contributing to new ventures or spearheading new initiatives within established companies. I've been part of three successful exits. These experiences gave me the confidence to transition into the role of a first-time founder.

Do you have a personal motto or a quote you live by?

Never say never - say not yet, but soon, with practice!
